The Founder

Linda Marzouq Adadi

Linda supports leaders, managers, and teams in their leadership challenges, decision-making, and professional development.

Her approach is based on a both strategic and human understanding of organizations. Each support aims to help professionals clarify their roles, make solid decisions, and develop a stable leadership posture.

Training

A journey through economics, media, and human support

Linda holds a bachelor's degree in international business from a business school. This education allowed her to develop an understanding of economic dynamics and international exchanges.

She then pursued a master's degree in journalism to broaden her worldview and deepen her skills in analysis, communication, and conveying information. Wanting to dedicate herself to supporting individuals in their professional growth, she complemented her education with training in coaching practices at the University of Paris 8. This training provides her with concrete tools to assist individuals in clarifying their goals, developing their potential, and building coherent career paths.
